One of the primary responsibilities of the Supervisory Committee is to evaluate existing Credit Union procedures and policies in terms of their effect on the quality of service to members.

Therefore, the Committee offers our members an opportunity to express their concerns with activities of their Credit Union. Any unresolved complaints, or even observations and/or suggestions, may be brought to the attention of the Supervisory Committee by simply leaving such information, in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Supervisory Committee with Credit Union staff, mailing it to P.O. Box 291, Claverack, NY 12521 or calling (518) 828-5216, ext. 1106.

Remember, your input will be confidential. Our Credit Union staff is always ready to assist you, but please do not hesitate to contact your Supervisory Committee if you have any unresolved issues.
