Yes, you can transfer money to other cardholders'DebitPass cards instantly.  This can be done online.  Through our toll-free number using and automated telephone system or with the assistance of a live operator.

How can my DebitPass card be used?

Your DebitPass card can be used worldwide wherever Visa is accepted.  you can use your card to make purchases in person, online, or over the phone.  You can also use your card to get cash at virtually any ATM in the world or by using the cash-back feature at thousands of retail locations.  DebitPass cards are part of the MoneyPass ATM network, the nation's fastest growing surcharge-free ATM network.  Look for the MoneyPass logo to withdraw cash without a surcharge at these ATM's.
